Lalit Sirsikar is Datatron’s Staff Machine Learning Engineer and was one of the first engineers on the team. His work has proved instrumental to the company’s product development.

Lalit worked on the pricing model solution for one of Datatron’s early customers and wrote more solutions for Datatron’s smaller customers in the seed stage. Lalit started implementation of the Datatron machine learning platform project as one of the first engineers in the company. He also lead deployment of the Datatron platform solution to enterprise customers.

Currently, Lalit heads Platform Engineering team and is responsible to do client installations for Datatron’s customers. Lalit has also published prominent blogs that were featured by Towards Data Science, KDnuggets, and more.

Previously, Lalit worked at Amazon and Oracle India, where he gained valuable industry experience working on backend services with regard to low latency, scaling, and infrastructure for micro-service architectures. At Amazon, Lalit was a core contributor to the risk management platform team that dealt with handling bank disputes.
